Inside a real AI review

Gi example

Roger Gracie vs Buchecha · Gracie Pro 2017

Feedback for Buchecha · Athlete B

Buchecha inverts to refuse the sweep. Roger stays attached through the scramble, takes his back and finishes with a collar choke.

What to try differently

Protect your back during the scramble. Clear the upper-body grip before rolling away.

Read the analysis behind it

The review identifies repeated inversions without first clearing Roger’s upper-body attachment. Roger keeps that connection through the scramble and follows Buchecha’s rise into back control around 7:17.

Then ask a follow-up: “How could Buchecha defend the sweep without exposing his back?”

See how the sequence ends

7:05: Buchecha inverts as Roger comes on top. Roger stays attached.

7:17: Roger follows the scramble into back control.

7:40: Buchecha taps to the rear collar choke.

For the guard pass you couldn’t stop. The position you keep losing. Or the match you want to learn from before your next competition.

AI can misread a position or miss a detail. Check the feedback against the footage and your instructor’s advice.

Before you upload

Is this a human coach or AI?

This is AI video analysis. A human coach does not review your submission. The analysis can miss details or misread positions; you can point out an error and ask follow-up questions. Use the feedback as something to explore with your training partner or instructor.

What footage can I use?

A training round or competition match in gi or no-gi. Upload an MP4, MOV, M4V, or WebM file up to 400 MB, with both athletes visible. If it is longer than five minutes, select the segment you want reviewed before uploading. You’ll identify yourself in the footage so the feedback follows your perspective.

What if I don’t have a video yet?

Ask your training partner and gym before recording. Place your phone far enough away to keep both athletes in frame. A normal phone recording is fine; a clear, steady view is more useful than editing or multiple camera angles.

When will I get my review?

Your review is generated after the upload finishes. Allow roughly 10–15 minutes after upload; the queue or a difficult recording can take longer. Keep the page open to follow progress, or enable the optional completion notification.

Who can see my video?

Your upload is stored privately and is not added to the public examples. The service processes the footage to generate your AI review. Your browser remembers your access. Save access with Google before clearing browser data or switching devices; private review links alone do not grant access.

What if my analysis fails?

Retry the same failed review without paying again. If you paid and we cannot deliver a completed review, contact support with your Stripe receipt to request a refund. An AI mistake is different from a failed analysis: point it out in the review and ask the professor to reconsider.

How do I reopen a paid review?

Return to this page to see unused reviews and reopen your existing reviews. On another device, sign in with the Google account matching your checkout email or the account you used to save access. For a different email or a missing purchase, contact support with your Stripe receipt for manual recovery. If payment confirmation is delayed, check again on the confirmation page; don’t pay twice.

What happens after the breakdown?

Open a key moment and ask the AI professor a follow-up question. You can ask for a correction, a relevant teaching example, or a task to try in training. The review stays available in your roll library.
